Post House Living Legacies was created around a simple idea: some of the most important stories we'll ever hear aren't found in history books. They're sitting across the table from us.
We help families preserve those stories through meaningful video interviews, photographs, family history and the memories that give a life its context—bringing them together into a professionally crafted video legacy that can be shared for generations.
Living Legacies is led by filmmaker and producer Don Byrne, founder of The Post House, who has spent more than 25 years helping people tell authentic stories on camera. Rather than approaching these projects like traditional corporate videos, Don brings a documentary and journalistic sensibility to every interview: listen carefully, ask the right questions, and give people the space to tell their stories in their own words.

Post House Living Legacies is intentionally founder-led. Don remains personally involved in the storytelling and production process rather than handing a family's history off to a large production team.
When a project calls for additional expertise, we work with a trusted network of experienced camera professionals, editors, writers and other independent creative specialists. That allows us to assemble the right team for each story while keeping the process personal, consistent and closely connected to the family we're working with.
